How do I place an order?
Simply select a scarf on the product page, add it to your cart, and then confirm your order by following the indicated steps. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is finalized.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at contact@oriaterranea.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within metropolitan France then takes 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, deliveries are only available in metropolitan France.

How can I track my order?

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

How to care for my silk scarf?

We recommend dry cleaning by a professional, or washing in cold water. Do not twist or wring your item.

We also advise you to iron your item on the reverse side at a low temperature, with a protective cloth.
